1. The 42nd Annual General
Meeting has been fixed on 29 May 2016, at 11 a.m. to be held at
the Municipal
Youth Center at Youth Park Penang
2. The date for Macro
Photography Talk by Andy is also fixed on 29 May 2016 from 8.30 am to
10.30 am to be held before the AGM at the Municipal
Youth Center at Youth Park Penang.
3.The Song Jin Tek Photography
Challenge of the year Award 2016 -
cash prizes of RM800 to the Award winner and RM250 to the Runner Up.
The 1st theme - Our Culture.
The closing date for submission is 30 June 2016.
4. Outing to Phattalong, South
Thailand is fixed on 5-7 May. Members interested can call up Ivan or
Terry
or Chuang. The main attraction is the ongoing water buffallo fight
plus.

5. FAPA
27 Oct to 1st November 2016. The FAPA Seminar fees is US450 with an
extra tag of USD30 as their adminstrative fee. Until the finalised
official itinerary we have not been able to arrive at any fixed plan.
However the alternative to the direct flight which plies from Penang to
Taipeh 3 times a week and arrives late at night, is to take a flight to
KL and then straight to Taipeh arriving late in the afternoon, and then
take a chartered bas to Taichung.
Also there is plan on the board to spend and extra 3 days after FAPA
before
flying home.
